•Boundaries: 29°25'N to 30°55'N, Atlantic Ocean only
•Six lines maximum, two hooks per line, one bait
•HMS permit required, electric reels allowed
•50-inch fork-to-jaw minimum to weigh
•Captains and crew subject to polygraph
•Tournament committee has final authority

Captain's Meeting

NEFMA Clubhouse, 3030 Harbor Dr, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Mandatory walk-through of rules, boundaries, declaration protocol, and weigh-in stations. Captain's bags distributed.
